|  | The Inbox is where you find messages that have been sent to you. | 
|  | The top-right window contains your messages. | 
|  | The bottom-right window displays the contents of the selected message. | 
|  | You must be online to check your messages. If you begin the process while offline, Outlook will prompt you to connect. | 
|  | One new message is downloaded. Unread messages are always displayed in bold characters. | 
|  | Outlook displays the contents of the message in the bottom window. You click on the paperclip icon to open or save the attached file. |
